A scan is only saved once you've checked it. Small entries can be undone with one tap; deletions and health entries ask you first.
Stored in the EU
Your data lives on servers in the EU. For AI features, the content needed goes to Google Gemini; that processing may take place in the USA. Google doesn't train models on it.
Private means private
Your cycle log is yours alone. Nobody else in the zircle sees a separation plan, and the AI doesn't read it. A pregnancy stays between the two of you until you announce it.
AI only with consent
AI features run only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. You export your data or delete your account yourself in the settings.

Sabine carried it all: vaccinations, doctor's appointments, checkup booklets, birthdays, who has to be where and when. Not the doing, but the endless remembering. Existing apps just gave us another calendar. That's not help, that's homework. So we built Zircles: an app that carries the mental load instead of just managing it.

What is Zircles?
Zircles is a family app that carries the mental load. You photograph the vaccination pass, forward a WhatsApp message or scan the timetable — Zircles turns it into events, tasks and reminders following the rules of Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and reminds whoever is on duty.
How does the vaccination-pass scan work?
You photograph the pass. The AI reads every dose; you check and correct the values before anything is saved. Zircles then works out from your country's official schedule when the next vaccination or checkup is due and reminds you in time. The free plan includes 5 scans a month.
Why pay for a family app?
You're not paying for an app, you're paying for it no longer all landing on you: fewer “did you remember?”, a clear head. €59 a year is less than two coffees a month and less than one missed cancellation deadline. And you only decide after 60 days of full access whether it's worth it. The core stays free anyway.
How much does Zircles cost?
The core is free for good: health records, checkup reminders, holiday planner, timetable, 5 scans a month. Standard is €6.99 a month or €59 a year (≈ €4.92 a month). The first 100 Founding Families pay €39 a year, for life. Everyone starts with 60 days of full access, no credit card.
What happens after the 60 days?
Nothing unpleasant: nothing is charged, because you don't enter any payment details to start. You simply move to the free plan. Your data stays complete; only the Standard features pause until you decide.
Does my family have to pay or install an app too?
No. Billing is per person, not per family. Your partner, grandparents or babysitter join for free: they join your zircle with a free account or simply send Zircles a WhatsApp. A shared timetable even opens without any app.
How is Zircles different from a shared calendar?
A calendar only stores what you tell it. Zircles knows by itself what's coming: vaccinations and checkups from the official schedules, school holidays in your state, the gym kit for tomorrow, the notice period. And it reminds exactly the person who's on duty.
Is my data safe? Where is it processed?
Zircles is GDPR-compliant, your data is stored in the EU, and you check every scan before anything is saved. For AI features, the content needed goes to Google Gemini; that processing may take place in the USA, and Google doesn't train models on it. AI features only run with your consent. Details are on our AI transparency page and in the privacy policy.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with two clicks in the billing portal, no phone call, no tricks. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period and doesn't renew. After that you continue on the free plan, and your data stays.
Does Zircles work in Austria and Switzerland?
Yes, from day one: the vaccination and checkup schedules of all three countries, Austria's Eltern-Kind-Pass exams, school holidays for every state and canton, and life-event plans with the deadlines in DE, AT and CH.
